Shipping Policy

We want this to be simple and clear, so here is exactly how shipping works.

Where we ship

Mount Secret ships within the United States only. At this time we do not ship to addresses outside the US. Although Mount Secret is a UK-registered business, our products are stored and dispatched from within the United States, so your order ships domestically and arrives without any customs steps, import charges, or international delays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no shipping charge added.

Processing and delivery time

Most orders are processed within one to two business days of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a few days more, and the large majority of orders arrive within four to nine days of the order being placed. These are typical timeframes rather than guarantees, and occasional delays can happen during holidays, promotions, or for reasons outside our control once a parcel is with the carrier.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it to your door. If you have not received tracking information within a few business days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it.

Wrong address, lost, or delayed parcels

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us at help@mountsecret.com and we will make it right.
